Shipping & Refund Policy

Our goal is to bring your ideas to life. Offering products on a timely basis, our customers are the reason and inspiration for everything we offer. All of our products are made to order and not produced in a factor. All orders require a 2-10 Day production period based on our customers needs.

Shipping time frames are determined by customers needs. International orders do take 4-6 weeks to arrive. 

To cancel an order please contact our customer service team no later than 24 hours after purchase. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied. We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been shipped. 

Please ensure your size is correct prior to making the purchase. As well as the address provided as we are not responsible for any packages being sent to a not current address. If you do not receive your package due to providing us with the incorrect address and the package is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund. 

Tracking numbers are provided after the 2-10 day production period. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on your package. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office. PTDMDINK does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered to the address you provide us with.

If you are not satisfied with your product or would like an exchange or refund, please contact us within 5 days after receiving your package. A 25% restocking fee will be applied. We will only accept unwashed/unworn merchandise. We cannot accept returns for any apparel item that has any obvious signs of use, such as damage when opening the packaging, or smelling like it has been washed or worn. We cannot refund or exchange customized apparel. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns and exchanges to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

*All Sales are final on customized items. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
